Preventive Effects of Traditional Plant Concoction “Combo” on the Cyclophosphamide-Induced Ovarian Toxicity in Wistar Rats

Exposure to chemotherapeutic agents like cyclophosphamide (a drug for cancer treatment), leads infertility due its toxic effect on the ovaries. Combo, “a commonly used plant concoction in traditional medicine treatment of infertility” is composed Clove (dried flower), garlic (bulb), ginger (rhizome), and turmeric (rhizome).
